Synopsis: Qin Lang(Alan Lou) and Yu Xin Lei(Barbie Hsu) met because of a traffic incident. Two people who do not have any chance of ever meeting because they belong to two different worlds.

She was a pampered and sheltered girl who grew up in a rich environment in Shanghai and cared for like a princess by her parents. A girl who can speak eight different languages with a gorgeous and rich fiance. Happiness for her is as natural as the air she breath.

He is a talented but unrecognized artist. He went to Shanghai to pursue his dreams with a publishing company but then his friend who arranged everything just vanished with his money and plane ticket. A dream that his grandmother does not support. He didn’t have any choice but to work in a restaurant to earn his keep and a ticket back to Taiwan.

They met and gradually a friendship developed.

Everything changes when her world was shattered when her father announced that they are bankrupt. Her fiance’s family backout from the marriage. Her parents went into hiding and just left a plane ticket and a key to their house in Taiwan.

He on the other hand, saved enough money to go back to his grandmother’s house in Taiwan.

She doesn’t have any other choice but to go to Taiwan, only to find out that the house she was to live in is actually the very house of his grandmother. She doesn’t have any strong proof that their family owns the house. So, the grandmother decided to let her live in the house for the meantime but she has to work for it.

Thus, the princess now must work to earn her keep.
